I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Elizabeth if you have any kind of muscle tension or tightness. She talks with you to understand what is ailing you and focuses on the worst areas to help relieve that tension. I met Elizabeth about a year ago or so and this review is long over due!! Elizabeth is very knowledgeable about the body and specifically the muscle structure, having a knack for relieving painful areas in the body and teaching you how to better remedy the situation on your own. Sometimes, you don't even realize you are hurting from a particular spot (referred pain)and she's able to help make it better, or even better, fixes it!! This is why she's a great massage therapist and her hot stone work is amazing. I don't know how she does it but she's like a magician, it's all magic. I really like her take on the payment process, she doesn't mess around with the uncomfortableness of the tip! She includes the tip, the stone work the aroma therapy in her price and what a fair price it is!! She's the best!
